Among his numerous achievements and passion for women empowerment he discovered and trained the former Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) Anna banner MBGN 2013/14. He is also a Director to G-Factor Foundation with offices in UK, South Africa, Geneva, US and Nigeria. He is the founder of African Global Entertainment Managers(AGE), a gospel entertainment management company that promotes and manages gospel artist in Africa. He is the convener National Entertainment Training Summit (NETS) and INSPIRE CONCERT a talent discovery, training and mentorship platform for young upcoming and established entertainers in Nigeria and Africa .

Dr Utchay Odims in 2011 was made United Nations Youth Ambassador to Africa because of his numerous impactful product for the African youths. Dr utchay is co-founder of African Leadership Empowerment Network Foundation. Dr Utchay sits on the board of Fotip foundation the foundation of Fiona amuzie MBGN (2012). He also sits on the Board of Eight foundation (A project of Ezinne Miss Nigeria 2014). He is also a board member of SEED foundation (A project of the MBGN 2012 Sylvia Nduka). He is a strategic consultant to Snowhite Heart Foundation

Dr utchay odims is a multiple award winning Youth & Leadership Icon both in Africa and the Diaspora has been a major inspiration to millions of African youths and successful entrepreneurs across the African continent. Dr Utchay Odims was recently inducted as a full professional Member of African Business School. Dr utchay is the co-convener to the young CEOs business forum international(A platform that connects African young entrepreneurs to top international global successful entrepreneurs). Through his numerous mentorships and trainings he has produced industry leaders and successful entrepreneurs and leaders in government, fashion pageantry, bussiness and entertainment.

Dr utchay passion for himanity has even gone as far as locating and mentoring talents in the prison through (project change) He built a recording studio to help the prisoners discover their talents and hereby become agents of change in ikoyi and kikiri prisons. Dr Utchay is a graduate of Institute of National Transformation (INT).
He is a Graduate Dominion Leadership Institute (DLI). He is also a graduate of Daystar Leadership Academy (DLA).
