GIA School of Leadership
Our school of Leadership develops and equips future policymakers and drives positive change in African affairs. Hence to qualify to attend our school of leadership you must be a passionate African committed to the development of Africa. We offer around three to five sessions per year, to early and mid-career leaders.

Young CEO’s business Forum
The Young CEO’S Business forum is a platform designed to support pioneering entrepreneurs with the relevant skills and mentorship necessary to build a sustainable enterprise in Africa. we believe that in the world of business success, mentorship is critical in ensuring sustainability. We have mentored and will continue to mentor young business leaders and support them to also focus on supporting others. These young entrepreneurs and CEO’s focus more on creating value for all of their stakeholders and then fulfil the deeper purpose of their organization which is giving back to society and making it better than they met it through a commitment to mentorship of other younger entrepreneurs. They consciously integrate and cultivate cultures that support people to learn, grow, develop and flourish.

Pan African Leadership and entrepreneurship development Center (PALEDEC)
As our strategic Partner Paledec has shown commitment to the progress of Africa and has worked tirelessly to its success.
The Pan African Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (PALEDEC) is a non-governmental, industry-led and industry–managed community-focused Leadership, social entrepreneurship and capacity development organization founded as a global initiative playing a proactive role in Africa’s development process by enhancing multilateral cooperation, promoting opportunities to increase investment in Africa and creating a strong strategic economic and geopolitical partnership between Africa and the rest of the world
For the past 5 years of its existence, the Pan African leadership and entrepreneurship development center has directly impacted over 12,000 people through its unique programmes and have attracted investors to 17 African countries including Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Senegal, Liberia, Cape Verde to mention but a few.

National Youth Summit
The NYS is arguably the largest youth gathering in west Africa and has remained our most reliable ally. GIA played a critical role in its inaugural events starting from 2010 till date and have remained the principal facilitator and supporter of its rallies across Africa. it has remained the most trusted gathering of youth enthusiasts, mentors, patriots and has become a positive tool for National re-orientation, capacity building, and vocational training.
Through the NYS over two million youth across Africa have been impacted.
